Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex ETL processes using Talend to meet business requirements.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the target systems.
  • Ensure the performance, integrity, and security of ETL processes and data warehouse.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, ETL jobs, and data quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and enhance Loan Management System functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Talend ETL Developer in complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of SQL queries and database management.
  • Knowledge of Loan Management Systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python programming is good to have.
  • Ability to design, implement, and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Talend open studio, TAC & other Talend components
  • Good exposure to minimum one relational database
  • Familiarity with banking & lending systems
