Tableau Developer/Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Tableau Developer/Architect to work closely with our Data Organization team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of custom background layers, multi-layered datasets, and the ability to build interactive dashboards using complex spatial and non-spatial data.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design and develop Tableau dashboards with multi-layered datasets (10 to 40 layers or more).

·        Work with custom background layers and incorporate Shape Files provided by the client.

·        Build complex, high-performance visualizations in Tableau 2024.3.4.

·        Connect, blend, and prepare diverse datasets for analytical consumption.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

·        Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.

Required Skills:

·        7+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and architecture.

·        Deep knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Server, with strong proficiency in latest version 2024.3.4.

·        Strong experience with multi-layered datasets and spatial data integration.

·        Familiarity with Shape Files, LOD calculations, and advanced dashboard interactivity.

·        Strong SQL and data modeling experience.

·        Excellent communication and documentation skills
