Tableau Developer +SQL

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tableau + SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and SQL development, with the ability to transform complex data into insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools.
Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate data from multiple sources.
Provide technical support and training to business users on Tableau functionalities.
Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop and Server).
Expertise in SQL development and performance tuning.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis.
Understanding of Agile methodologies
