Tableau Developer

Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. ? Transform raw data into actionable insights for business users. ? Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. ? Integrate data from various sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, web services) into Tableau. ? Perform data cleaning, data transformations, and aggregations for accurate analysis. ? Ensure the accuracy of the data and reports by conducting thorough testing. ? Optimize Tableau workbooks and data models for performance and scalability. ? Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data quality and access management. ? Provide Tableau training and support to end users. ? Stay updated on new Tableau features and best practices to improve development processes.

 Required Skills and Qualifications: ? 4 years of experience in Tableau Development. ? Strong proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing Tableau dashboards. ? Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). ? Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for creating data connections. ? Good understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. ? Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques. ? Knowledge of Tableau Server or Tableau Online. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
