Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and optimize capacity planning.
• Understand and map the data landscape for new business onboarding.
• Implement data solutions in a compliant environment, working closely with technology partners.
• Mentor junior team members and support technical solutioning.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement automated workflows.
• Conduct data exploration to gather insights from various data sources.
• Manage delivery of reporting and data needs while improving productivity.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Tableau development and creating dashboards & reports
• Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience in data visualization and reporting
• Ability to analyze, automate, and optimize workflows
• Good understanding of business operations and forecasting

Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation
