Description

  • Provide Tableau operational and technical support services to our user community. Technical support includes assisting users with troubleshooting, and providing advice and guidance for using Tableau desktop, server and Prep.
  • Provide non-technical support to our user community. Activities include varied aspects of tool administration, documentation development and management, maintaining user-oriented communications / information (SharePoint sites, Knowledge libraries, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)). 
  • Develop and maintain Tableau processes and procedures, best practices, and technically based guidance for Tableau and Tableau Prep.
  • Prepare and conduct  presentations or training sessions on non-technical and technical topics to the user community.
  • All other duties as assigned or directed.

Detailed Skills Requiremen

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field. 

  • Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
  • 8+ years of experience with analysis, design and developing systems using skills identified in this requirement
