Provide Tableau operational and technical support services to our user community. Technical support includes assisting users with troubleshooting, and providing advice and guidance for using Tableau desktop, server and Prep.
Provide non-technical support to our user community. Activities include varied aspects of tool administration, documentation development and management, maintaining user-oriented communications / information (SharePoint sites, Knowledge libraries, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)).
Develop and maintain Tableau processes and procedures, best practices, and technically based guidance for Tableau and Tableau Prep.
Prepare and conduct presentations or training sessions on non-technical and technical topics to the user community.
All other duties as assigned or directed.
Detailed Skills Requiremen
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
8+ years of experience with analysis, design and developing systems using skills identified in this requirement
