Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer various sites on Tableau Server.
  • Ensure the Tableau application server is operational 24x7.
  • Handle support tickets and provide resolutions within SLA.
  • Perform regular maintenance activities on the server.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and provide optimal solutions.
  • Document design and development efforts, maintaining versioning for code scripts.
  • Engage in new developments and enhancements for existing dashboards.
  • Utilize different operating systems and web browsers effectively.

Experience Requirement:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in administering Tableau Server environments in enterprise settings.
  • Proven track record of resolving server issues, maintaining uptime, and handling user access and permissions.
  • Experience with troubleshooting across different browsers and operating systems.
  • Skilled in coordinating with business teams for reporting requirements and dashboard enhancements.
  • Familiarity with scripting and version control practices for server maintenance.
