Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer various sites on Tableau Server.
- Ensure the Tableau application server is operational 24x7.
- Handle support tickets and provide resolutions within SLA.
- Perform regular maintenance activities on the server.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and provide optimal solutions.
- Document design and development efforts, maintaining versioning for code scripts.
- Engage in new developments and enhancements for existing dashboards.
- Utilize different operating systems and web browsers effectively.
Experience Requirement:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in administering Tableau Server environments in enterprise settings.
- Proven track record of resolving server issues, maintaining uptime, and handling user access and permissions.
- Experience with troubleshooting across different browsers and operating systems.
- Skilled in coordinating with business teams for reporting requirements and dashboard enhancements.
- Familiarity with scripting and version control practices for server maintenance.
Education: Any Graduation
