Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 5+ Minimum Experience
  • Responsible for the maintenance of Technology Endpoints within the Physical Security within the Lenel OnGuard environment.
  • This includes operational support for the Client's Physical Access Control Technologies PACT team.
  • This resource will do programming of new zones/readers within the Lenel OnGuard application troubleshoot remote installations of panels and badge readers and resolve support tickets related to Lenel.
  • The team supports incident and problem management endpoint and application configuration and hardware controllers badge readers Interface boards etc. lifecycle management
