Systems Software Programmer

Our client is looking for a Systems Software Programmer to join their team! The Systems Software Programmer will support, troubleshoot, and maintain applications, systems, databases, and servers. This role will work closely with the team to assist with system upgrades, data exchanges, reporting, and web management. Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Provide support and maintenance for existing applications and systems.
• Help deploy and upgrade new systems.
• Manage and monitor SQL Server databases.
• Query and analyze data to generate reports.
• Assist with the website and Content Management System (CMS).
• Produce technical documentation and assist with special projects.

Top skills you need to have:

• At least 2 years of experience creating, managing, maintaining, and querying SQL databases
• At least 2 years in a technical or business analysis role designing, testing, deploying and supporting applications and their related databases in current technologies
• Experience with the following: Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Internet Information Server, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, HTML5, DNN Content Management System (CMS), SmartSheet, Excel, Microsoft PowerBI, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, PowerShell scripting, Laserfiche Document Imaging, Banner, and NeoGov HRM.
• Familiarity with standard Project Management (PM) practices is preferred
