Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to end users across the organization
  • Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including:
    • Powershell scripting for user and delegate access management
    • Azure AD and Intune configuration and troubleshooting
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and configuration changes on Fortinet firewalls and access points:
    • DNS troubleshooting, port enablement, connectivity issues
  • Manage and respond to service tickets using ManageEngine:
    • Handle Tier 1 tickets without ego or hesitation
    • Escalate or resolve complex Tier 2/3 tickets as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, resolutions, and changes
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and daily operations


Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, PowerShell, Azure AD, and Intune
  • Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and wireless access points
  • Experience using ManageEngine or similar ticketing/monitoring systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of issues at any tier level
