Systems Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain email security tools such as Proofpoint, M365 Defender, and FireEye.
Troubleshoot and ensure optimal mail flow through SMTP configuration and related technologies (DNS, MX, DKIM, SPF).
Utilize tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Nagios, and Splunk to monitor system performance.
Work within enterprise change management processes and ensure compliance with security regulations.

What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience with email security applications and tools.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Nagios, and Splunk.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Expertise in enterprise incident management and compliance processes.
Familiarity with SMTP configuration/connectivity and email security protocols.
