Description

  • Multiple openings. Create documentation of functional design and POC requirements. Perform firmware upgrades, configuration changes, maintain and manage IT Infrastructure including network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, Appliances. Create workflow documents for resolving incidents .
  • Perform pilot testing for any new deployments. Provide support for LAN/WAN and edge layer devices.
  • Work with other towers to identify and fix issues. Responsible for resolving user trouble tickets.

  • .   • QUALIFICATION :  Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master's) .
  • Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time
