Description

  • Business hour on-call rotation, looking for high-critical alerts that need to be resolved, then backlog, then project that needs to be worked through, end of the week report to show value back to the company.
  • Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.
  • Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field required.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Follow runbooks (with awareness for execution)
  • Advanced Windows Server engineering, configuration management, troubleshooting advanced problems
  • Extensive experience deploying, scaling, and managing on-prem applications
  • Experience with deploying and authoring configuration management: chef preferred; SCCM, ansible, puppet or similar
  • Experience authoring and troubleshooting MS Active Directory Group Policy
  • Experience administering MS Active Directory
  • Advanced troubleshooting and engineering with Windows Server
  • Basic knowledge of Linux server

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field
  • Azure experience, managing applications and conditional access policy
  • SSO familiarity, application federation and OIDC terminology
  • Advanced MS Active Directory engineering experience in a large mixed environment
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols: NTLM, Kerberos, oAuth, SAML
  • Advanced troubleshooting and engineering with Linux Server

Bachelor's or Master's degrees
