Accountabilities:
- Problem solving abilities spanning COTS systems, cloud infrastructure, data and AI
- Identify pain points and modernization opportunities
- Creates detailed Points of View (POV), employing a domain centric collaborative approach, providing architectural perspective and technology pattern recommendations for various Enterprise Architecture initiatives and other significant bodies of work as needed.
- Compares and contrasts different enterprise level architecture configurations and patterns based on business value, operational resilience and cost considerations.
- Supports the creation of strategic roadmaps that sequence technology initiatives based on business priorities and technical dependencies, aligning to the overall enterprise strategy.
- Provides Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for Architecture Review Board (ARB)Governance and Standards including serving as an AT representative on organization AI governance bodies and forums.
- Possesses strong architecture modeling skills, experienced in leveraging Enterprise Architecture (EA) data models. Demonstrated ability to develop various diagrams and visuals leveraging data sets within the EA data model.
- Applies critical thinking for the development of nuanced architecture views to meet specific needs given complexities of the existing technology ecosystem, providing actionable insights.
- Applies strong expertise in multiple areas of architecture, including: Business Architecture, Information & Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, Security Architecture
- Responsible for architecting solutions crossing multiple domains or business areas.
- Accountable for an understanding of enterprise's architecture, ie. MDM products, Integration Engines and ESL, microservices, key platform capabilities, hyperscaler/cloud capabilities
- Works closely with partners inside and outside IT and across business communities in understanding and assessing technology requirements, identifying potential technology solutions, always assessing existing technology investments as a first step.
- Participates in cross-functional teams for developing and implementing new architectural patterns and standards. Works in conjunction with Enterprise Applications & Platforms, Data Delivery & Governance, Security, Legal, Compliance, Infrastructure, Product Engineering and other areas as necessary
