Description

  • Provide technical and functional support for WSSC’s Oracle MWM Application
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to Assist with MWM Production/Deployment Changes
  • Assist with AMR/Manual Meter Reads download/upload related issues.
  • Assist with MWM System Configuration, Shift Templates/Schedules, including setup and changes, and monitoring Appointment Baseline.
  • Data is fixed to resolve communication errors between systems in real time so all work will be completed on the same day. Working ToDos for Oracle Customer-to-Meter (C2M), MWM, and ODM
  • Process Improvements and Priority Requests for Meter Services.
  • Any new work/special projects at the discretion of the Utility Services Manager(s) and/or Meter Services


 

 

Skills
 

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Oracle MWM, ODM and CC&B (C2M)
  • A minimum of four (4) years of Oracle MWM Support and/or Development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function well within team
  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the developing/design reports using complex Queries from various database systems.
  • Must have experience with application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis


 

 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, System Analysis, Information Systems or a related field. A master’s degree in a related field of Information Technology is preferred
