Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage a work intake process for request triage and delivery.
  • Oversee vendor applications and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Document and provide ongoing production support for applications as required.
  • Ensure production support meets established SLAs.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, adhering to quality standards.
  • Communicate key production changes to business partners and ensure satisfaction with delivery.
  • Guide projects through all phases of the SDLC.
  • Implement best practices for Source Control, Build Automation, Testing, Code Review, and Production Support.
  • Coordinate with team members and business areas to integrate projects with other applications.
  • Balance project management and technical delivery responsibilities to meet diverse stakeholder requirements.

Experience Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in SQL Server and SSIS development, including performance tuning and complex data integration.
  • Proven ability to manage application upgrades, support vendor tools, and lead full SDLC project execution.
  • Hands-on involvement in cross-functional coordination and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
