Description

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with level one customer service
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Basic computer skills, including networking, IT device management, PC and Mac operations
  • Strong Multitasking ability
  • High degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Experience with Office M365, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, preferred
  • Experience with BYOD, preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, preferred
