Key duties and responsibilities
? Level 3 Escalated support for help desk, infrastructure and application dev teams
o Group Policy Administration
o Server security permissions and Group administration
o SQL Server security and group administration
o Advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution
o Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
? Cloud & on-site server maintenance and patching
o Windows OS, Linux OS, and application patching
o Office site visits to review hardware health and need for refresh
o HyperV deployments
o Maintenance tasks in Azure and AWS cloud portals
o Utilize monitoring tools including Dynatrace, Logicmonitor, and vendor provided
support tools
? Networking and Inter-office Connectivity Responsibilities
o Assist with Public IP address management.
o Work with the team to enable cloud security and perimeter hardening.
o Administration of DHCP and DNS.
o Assist with maintaining site-to-site connectivity.
o Assist with infrastructure and networking hardware refreshes.
o Collaborate with the team on configuring new sites.
o Act as a conduit between PURE and key vendors to deliver a high-quality environment.
? Serve as a liaison between other technical staff, management, users, and vendors regarding
service requests, usage, standards, security, and other technical matters.
? Provides on site or remote access diagnoses and resolution of computer hardware and software problems.
? Provide subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy for assigned technology and infrastructure systems
