Skills Required
Experience with SCCM and Intune for deploying and managing client systems.
Troubleshoot Microsoft products, including WSUS, Group Policy, Windows OS, and Windows Servicing.
Support Microsoft 365 operations, including E-mail, E-Discovery, and Content Search.
Provide technical support for escalated incidents and identity management issues.
Assist in the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 solutions.
Proficient in F5 and VxRail configuration and troubleshooting.
Assist with policy and configuration management in Microsoft portals.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration.
Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 products.
