Description

MUST HAVE skills

Enterprise-Level monitoring including advanced troubleshooting with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for Enterprise-Level monitoring.

Maintain and mature the ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base.

Minimum of 3 years of configuration with the ServiceNow platform

Experience in enterprise monitoring, including advanced troubleshooting of complex environmentalapplication issues.

Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for Enterprise-Level monitoring.

Proficiency with scripting in PowerShell, JavaScript & Python.

Effective troubleshooting skills across datacenter infrastructure components – Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, Virtualization.

Excellent communication skills to provide timely updates on any and all issues, projects, and troubleshooting.

 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience.
