Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with automation, web development, or similar

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree

• 10+ years of experience with networking or systems administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group, leadership, and executive presentations.

• Deep hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of automation technology infrastructure and single source of truth databases

• Extensive experience in developing monitoring and reporting systems

• Deep hands-on experience in developing and writing automation scripts and integrations for configuration, monitoring, and reporting

Technical Skills

• Languages: Python, Perl, Shell, SQL

• Web development frameworks

• Experience with REST APIs, XML, and/or NETCONF

• Automation frameworks: Ansible/Chef/Puppet

• Network automation: Netmiko/Napalm/Nornir

• DCIM: Netbox/Nautobot
