Design, deploy, and configure Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) software and configure hierarchies on multiple networks at customer sites in a hub/spoke configuration
Configure and document operation of various SCCM features to include application management, software updates, and operating system deployments
Configure applications and packages for deployment to end-user workstations - ensuring applications are scripted and configured to the customer requirements
Develops infrastructure strategy and operational policies, standards, and processes tailored to agency or department missions
Deliver End-to-End systems engineering services to customers as directed: requirements gathering, site surveys, design, development, test and documentation of solutions are all required skills
Make recommendations on software, hardware, cabling, and equipment for existing and/or new customer sites based on industry trends and best practices
Utilizes strong business and technical knowledge of platforms/operating systems to develop and support data, databases or products
Successfully execute installation projects and document project outcome
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
