Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Network Management and Maintenance
  • Aruba Wi-Fi and handling Fortinet FortiClient EMS is highly desirable.
  • Configure, monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls etc.
  • Ensure optimal performance of network services by conducting regular monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
  • Manage access control policies, ensuring secure remote access for employees.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve helpdesk tickets related to networking and Deskside support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements, internet issue or repairs

Maintain detailed documentation of the network architecture, configurations
