System Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a System Engineer with expertise in support insourcing, automation hosting, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and other automation tools, along with Windows/Linux Server administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support insourcing initiatives for IT infrastructure and automation hosting.
• Develop, maintain, and automate server deployments using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Implement automation solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Manage and monitor Windows/Linux servers and troubleshoot system issues.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate IT operations and enhance system scalability.
• Ensure compliance and security standards across automated workflows.
• Provide technical support and documentation for automation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in System Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux Server administration.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, virtualization, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of security best practices in automation and infrastructure.
• Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or cloud technologies is a plus.
