Description

  • Serves as the bridge between business/operational needs and technical implementation.
  • Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and ensuring traceability from business objectives to technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Required to have 8 years of experience working as data/ system analyst
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with DIAL, DIIT, and work with stakeholder
  • Map business processes and identify data sources, integration points, and reporting needs
  • Maintain and update requirements traceability matrix
  • Lead requirements sign-off and facilitate stakeholder approvals
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development cycle
  • Assist in change management and training documentation as needed
  • Higher demand during requirements gathering and user acceptance phases
