System and Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for factory floor test operations across multiple programs.
• Define and document test setups, deploy test software/configurations, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Coordinate with program teams to fulfill requests and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement tools to meet product security requirements.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage and track product security tasks.
• Configure and secure facilities, tools, networks, and data used in the design, development, testing, and delivery of space systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• Active CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications.
• Proficiency in:
  • Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux, Cisco IOS
  • VMware Virtualization
  • Enterprise Storage systems
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to support 24/7 test operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL 4 and/or CCNA certification.
• Experience with:
  • Satellite Test and STE Operations Readiness
  • Cybersecurity practices and compliance
  • RedHat/Oracle Linux, Windows XP–11, and network-based storage
  • Certifying PTEX and MTEX Test Servers
  • Certifying Automated Test Controller (ATC) Server and Client

Typical Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree with relevant experience in an engineering classification
