System Analyst

Important Qualities -

1. Very good knowledge on SQL,

2. ability to write complex SQL queries,

3. Excellent requirements elicitation skills

4. Ability to independently work and lead requirement sessions with business team.

5. Translate the business requirements to technical requirements knowing how the system works and analyzing the data model.

6. Work with the technical team and walk through with the team on technical requirements.

7. Create business and technical test scenarios and perform independent validations.

Experience in PBM industry , leading medium to large projects with responsibilities mentioned

Description: The main function of the Business Systems Analyst will be to analyze and understand the incoming/outgoing file data and the logic behind the extract. This position will have mostly analysis as the bulk of the work is to understand the healthcare date, but an ideal candidate would have some technical abilities to update existing Informatica/SnapLogic jobs if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Intake requirements from business and gain thorough understanding of the data and ask.

• Document field changes as needed.

• Analyze the data to fully understand the data being updated.
