Description

  • 1. Lead the techno-functional aspects of implementing and supporting the Labor/workforce planning solution.
  • 2. Collaborate on the rollout of the product for new entities or support work
  • 3. Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration, and conduct unit testing.
  • 4. Produce technical and functional design documents for various aspects, including reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
  • 5. Provide end-user training and support.
  • 6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams, ensuring timely project deliverables.
  • 7. Take ownership of project releases and provide post-go-live support to end-users.
  • 8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1. A Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent..
  • 2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • 3. Previous experience with Workforce Management System components.
  • 4. Proficiency in understanding business requirements, processes, and functional specification documents.
  • 5. The ability to produce key artifacts such as fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • 6. Strong skills in custom API solutions, API integration, and solutions integration..
  • 7. Deep experience in JAVA full-stack development and knowledge of multiple programming languages.
  • 8. Expertise in Spring framework and Spring Boot, REST & SOAP protocols, microservices design, and CICD tools.
  • 9. Experience with relational databases (Oracle/MSSQL Server/Postgres) and cloud-native development.
  • 10. Familiarity with Agile Software Engineering Methodologies.
  • 11. Experience with UI frameworks like ReactJS is a plus
