System Analyst – FM Systems

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Geospatial Senior Analyst to support our healthcare claims operations, with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid data. This hybrid role involves analyzing geospatial data to drive insights and improve claims processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Office 365 Suite, Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams, and a solid understanding of payer systems and claims workflows.

• Manage and secure access to geospatial resources using Active Directory.
• Facilitate project coordination and collaboration through Microsoft Teams.
• Interpret Medicare and Medicaid claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to optimize claims workflows and reduce processing errors.
• Provide technical guidance on geospatial tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and adjust as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in geospatial analytics and healthcare claims systems.
• Contribute to best practices and SOPs for geospatial data analysis.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite for collaboration and productivity.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory for secure data access and management.
