System Analyst

Responsible for supporting enhancements and new capabilities to an existing, critical business application within BDS Finance applications space
- Required to perform Systems Analysis for various projects and build backlog of system requirements
- Responsible for ensuring reviews of the requirements, designs, code and help plan SIT and UAT testing as well as releases
- Will work closely with business team, QA team, Applications Architects, Developers, product and project managers, and other team members
- Must have Bachelor Degree and 4 years IT experience, or Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years IT experience, or 8 years IT experience
- Must have knowledge of code deployments and SIT / UAT across Test, Cycle and Production environments, and exposure to integration with various applications
- Must have experience in requirements analysis, Systems Analysis, Developing Logical & Physical designs, SDLC Methodology, Optimized Waterfall, Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
- Preferred qualifications include deep Application Development experience on mainframe side, knowledge of Claims processing, Claims Applications and Components, ability to work in fast paced environment with concurrent projects, and ability to mentor and guide developers
- Resource needs: Hive, SQL, Azure, Hadoop, Data Mapping skillset and Data Bricks, Control M, Jira, Jenkins, GIT, Power Bi, any other reporting tool
