Position Purpose Techno-functional expert with experience in managing applications/integrations/system automations in Banking/Customer Service Domain Position Responsibilities 1. Worked on the SDLC and Agile model of implementing projects 2. Able to analyse problem areas highlighted by Business stakehodlers and build/deliver solutions on the same 3. Knowledge of CRMNext or similar CRM platforms 4. Team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills 5. Knowledge of programming languages – Java/dotnet 6. Experience in working on API integrations. Understanding of ESB/Node JS 7. Well versed with databases - SQL/Oracle 8. Sound understanding of system architecture, operating systems and data structures 9. Be accountable for successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work 10.
