System Analyst

Job Description:

Key Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in driving system requirements for Loans Management Systems (ideally using Temenos Transact).
• Experience in the Philippines market or Asia.
• Strong understanding of the system integration landscape for Loans Management Systems, including both secured and unsecured lending products across retail and commercial banking.
• Participation in at least 2 projects, with end-to-end involvement from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Ability to clearly articulate business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and interface specifications.
• Skilled in translating business requirements into testable system requirements, writing test cases, and documenting test outcomes for each requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and develop system requirements based on the product/platform for deployment.
• Develop interface design and specifications to integrate the platform with internal and external systems.
• Define test cases, test plans, and test data for requirements; conduct test data setup and functional testing.
• Understand product features and map them to functional requirements.
