System Administrator ( IT Infra )

Administer Azure Dev Ops, Ubantu, Windows Servers on-premise and Cloud servers with high proficiency and proactive, innovative approach.

Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software.

Analyze system for failure and assist to restore files with help of operating system.
and monitor all IT systems with Security Tools like Sophos.

Manage and monitor system plans and supervise all activities for plan and unplanned systems.

Install and configure various commercial products on window operating systems. Maintaining licensing norms and subscriptions.

Supervise system software and prepare upgrade strategies for storage.

Administer and execute various management activities and manage all backup activities.
in writing Pearl code, Shell scripts or any other efficient tool to manage maintenance services using automation scripts.

Coordinate with various groups and perform troubleshoot on all production problems and provide resolution.

Build Deployment using automated and manual SOPs.

Collaborate with networking department and install necessary hardware to systems.
research on system technology and provide resolution to complex issues for processes.

Manage database including but not limited to MySQL, MongoDB, AWS, Azure etc
trouble tickets and provide appropriate resolution for same.

Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.

Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.

Determine support to patch application and timeframe for same and develop appropriate strategies.

Develop complex system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.

Managing Internet infrastructure with firewalls, load balancing with optimum use of bandwidth

Managing other equipment supporting IT infrastructure including but not limited to UPS, Invertors, etc

Coordinate with external agencies maintaining equipment supporting IT Infrastructure like HVAC etc.

Coordinate with management and evaluate conduct capacity for system

Documenting processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system, for infrastructure setups, SOPs with respect to ease in operations and maintenance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering ( IT ) or related field
5+ years' experience as System Administrator
System Engineer certification
Strong analytical skills
