Utilize remote computer system diagnostic tools to diagnose and fix problems of the relevant department and/or corporate policies, procedures and guidelines.
Deploy defined hotfixes and patches to server and workstations in response to a newly identified stability or security threat of hardware and software.
Participate in project planning as required.

Work with source code control systems.
Ensure Business Continuity by effectively managing systems and process Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO).
Maintain and adhere to licensing and compliancy requirements.
Required Skills
Proven knowledge in IT and Network concepts, VMware and virtualization technologies,
Microsoft Solutions such as Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, SQL Server.
Knowledge of PowerShell an advantage.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to other team members.
Familiar with ITIL methodology, especially Incident and Change management.
Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
Must have strong communication skills.
Required Experience
84 months experience Installing, Upgrading, Patching, and Troubleshooting Server based Software Products.
24 months experience in supporting Server Operating Systems.
24 months experience in Web Server administration.
24 months experience in Network troubleshooting.
24 months experience in Database client installation and configuration.
24 months experience in Security Principals.
24 months experience in System Architecture and Design.
Experience with business documentation techniques and facilitating communications.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
