Description:

Job Title: Third-Party Applications Engineer 

Job Summary: We’re looking for a Third-Party Applications Engineer to support the daily operational tasks and performance of Kofax (Tungsten), Pharos SecurePrint, M365, and Druva InSync. 

You’ll ensure seamless application functionality, drive system upgrades, enhance security, and collaborate across teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Application Operations: Oversee day-to-day support for Kofax, SecurePrint, M365, and Druva, ensuring high performance and uptime. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively, exhibiting a high level of customer service. 
• System Upgrades & Security: Plan and execute server upgrades, security patches, and testing to ensure system stability and compliance. 
• Collaboration: Work with IS&T, security, and business teams to align application performance with business objectives. 
• Security & Compliance: Address vulnerabilities, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. 
• Vendor Management: Maintain strong vendor relationships for prompt issue resolution. 

Qualifications: 

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years managing third-party enterprise applications and Microsoft server environments. 

Skills: 

• Strong troubleshooting, system administration, and project management. 
• Experience with Kofax, SecurePrint, and Druva is a plus. 
• Experience with Tableau, and data analysis. 

Certifications: ITIL Foundation or equivalent, Microsoft certifications preferred. 

Nice to have traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
