Required Skills:
·        Bachelor's Degree
·        5+ years IT industry experience.
·        2+ years of full-time technical experience that includes maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, deployment, upgrades, enhancements, and configuration of hardware, software and operating systems in a networked production environment (PC and Macintosh)
·        2+ years supporting, troubleshooting and installing Microsoft Office 2016 - 2019, Adobe, VMWare, Office 365, and Microsoft Active Directory (ADUC, GPOs, DFS replication, etc.)
·        Experience with Dell and Apple hardware, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 - 2019, Anti-Virus, VPN, SCCM, UCaaS, and Powershell scripting. 
·        Microsoft certified professional a plus
