Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and remote sessions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Delphi-based applications and MS Sqlserver databases.
· Analyze logs, replicate issues, and provide detailed reports to the development team.
· Assist in software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
· Document support cases, solutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
· Collaborate with QA and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
· Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience with Delphi (Object Pascal) development and debugging.
· Strong knowledge of Firebird SQL and database management.
· Familiarity with Windows operating systems and client-server architecture.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
· Familiarity with other RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
· Exposure to REST APIs and web services
