RESPONSIBILITIES The Support Engineer responsibilities will include:
• Provide timely and effective technical support to business and technical stakeholders via various channels, including email, Slack and Zoom.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Snowflake, dbt (from dbt Labs.), and related technologies.
• Assist customers with data loading, transformation, and querying within the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and data quality issues. • Reproduce and debug customer issues in a development environment.
• Document and share knowledge with the support team and broader organization.
• Contribute to the improvement of our support processes and documentation.
• Proactively identify and address potential customer issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve product stability and usability.
• Participate in shift handover and weekend on-call support to provide 24/7 support coverage
