  • Document data observations.

  • Incident Management ( View the data and resolve the ticket.
  • Triage issues.
  • Some SQL Knowledge.
  • Some knowledge of data engineering concepts, as the team will train the AI model.
  • Prompt engineering knowledge is an added advantage.
