Job Requirements :

Knowledge of Azure AD and Office 365 Administration

  • Knowledge of SCCM, VMWare and Active Directory.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Ticketing Tools.
  • Configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft Office365 accounts.
  • Migration Exchange to Office 365, Creating and managing shared mailbox, DL.
  • Exchange Server, creating Email IDs, shared mailboxes and migration Exchange to Office 365.
  • Install VPN Client and Troubleshoot VPN related issues.
  • Handle daily technical support activities and server management.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
  • Resolve user configuration/authentication issues.
  • Providing folder access to users as per the user requirement.
  • Network Printers.
  • Working knowledge of Multifactor Authentication Administration.
  • Creating and managing Active Directory Groups Attributes.
  • Working experience of employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Configure client system in domain network
