The Candidate should be able to provide Production Support of multiple applications. The Team will provide 24*7 support with Onshore / Offshore model, so flexibility to work in shift is desirable. Healthcare domain knowledge specifically in Medicare business and Experience using ticketing tool like Service Now is a plus.
Candidate should possess hands on AWS skills primarily in Lambda, AWS Glue, PySpark, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDb, RDS, ETL, Terraform, React.js, spring boot, Data Model, SQL/Server.
Candidate will be required to work on Incidents/Service Requests/Problem mgmt. triage, Analysis and identification of root cause.
