Job Title: Supply Planning Cloud Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Planning Cloud Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud Products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions, particularly in the Supply Planning and related modules. This role requires in-depth knowledge of demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and advanced supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Supply Planning Cloud Configuration and Implementation:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Supply Planning Cloud modules, including Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, and Inventory Optimization.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and process improvements.
  • Provide expertise in planning processes, such as demand forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory optimization.

Supply Chain Optimization and Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and assess supply chain requirements and challenges, and design tailored solutions using Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for demand management, supply chain visibility, and effective planning strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize supply planning and inventory management processes, including managing replenishment, distribution planning, and safety stock.

Integration and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other Oracle Cloud modules, such as Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management, to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the entire supply chain.
  • Ensure that Oracle Supply Planning Cloud is integrated effectively with third-party systems and legacy applications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to manage system integrations and ensure data accuracy across modules.

Post-Implementation Support and Optimization:

  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization to ensure effective performance of Supply Planning Cloud solutions.
  • Continuously monitor the system to identify areas of improvement and implement updates and enhancements.
  • Ensure system performance meets key business metrics, such as inventory turnover, lead time, and order fulfillment.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Lead user training sessions to help business users understand and effectively utilize the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud solution.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Mentor junior consultants and business teams on best practices in Oracle Supply Chain Planning.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud developments, new features, and best practices in supply planning and supply chain management.
  • Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain operations, streamline planning processes, and improve overall system performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP Supply Planning Cloud Products, with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Planning solutions (e.g., Oracle Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Management, and Inventory Optimization).
  • Extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud integrations with other modules, such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Financials.
  • Proven experience in leading Oracle Cloud Supply Planning implementations and supporting post-implementation optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver successful solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and effective training and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Supply Planning or related modules.
  • Experience working on global or multi-site Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Knowledge of advanced supply chain topics such as Demand Driven MRP, Supply Chain Visibility, and Advanced Planning Algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
