We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will work closely with vendors, warehouse teams, and the retail team to ensure that products are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution processes
Source and build relationships with vendors and suppliers
Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to manage stock levels and delivery schedules
Forecast inventory needs and trends based on sales performance
Ensure timely shipment of goods from suppliers to warehouse and customers
Maintain and update supply chain documentation and ERP systems
Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers
Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain standards
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in retail or e-commerce supply chain/logistics (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory or ERP software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
