Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end supply chain technology solutions aligned with business goals and strategic objectives.
    Evaluate, select, and integrate new technologies, platforms, and applications that enhance supply chain operations, visibility, and efficiency.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations, external vendors) to define technical requirements, architecture standards, and solution roadmaps.
    Provide technical leadership and guidance on system integrations, data flows, and security standards across supply chain platforms (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.).
    Oversee the development and maintenance of architectural documentation, ensuring compliance with enterprise technology standards and regulatory requirements.
    Monitor emerging technology trends in supply chain management and recommend adoption strategies to drive innovation and process improvement.
    Support troubleshooting, risk assessment, and resolution of complex technology issues impacting supply chain processes.
    Mentor and coach technical team members and supply chain stakeholders on best practices in digital transformation and architecture. Supply Chain Function Technology Architect role, the key skills and experiences typically required include:
    Strong understanding of supply chain processes and technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS, SCM platforms)
    Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and technology strategy
    Hands-on expertise with enterprise application architecture and cloud platforms
    Knowledge of data management, data flows, APIs, and security best practices
    Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging supply chain technologies Good to have-
    Project management and stakeholder engagement skills
    Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
    Experience collaborating with IT, business, and vendor teams
    Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    Several years (typically 7+) of relevant experience in supply chain technology, architecture, or related roles
    Professional certification(s) such as TOGAF, APICS CSCP, or similar are a plus
