Supply Chain Analyst SAP MM

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaison between IT, Supply Chain and functional areas within the company.
2. Leads system maintenance and implementation of enhancements, coordinates scheduling, testing and functional validation.
3. Develops and generates recurring reports and complex ad hoc queries, some database design.
4. Provides system support (SAP table maintenance, mass updates, file uploads, etc.).
5. Manages roles to allow access to functionality.
6. Develops and delivers systems related communications.
7. Works independently and requires guidance only on the most complicated issues.
8. Provides direction to Analysts and Associates with respect to system support and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications
Minimum:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required (one year of experience for every one year of college)
2. 4 years of experience in supply chain or in financial systems development, and maintenance.
3. Extensive knowledge of SAP MM functionality (understanding of tables and data relationships/structures)
4. Knowledge of Supply chain processes (creating orders, inventory movements, goods receipts, invoicing and payment)
5. Proficient with SQL Server
6. Experience in Database design
7. Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)
8. Advanced Analytical Skills

Desired:

1. 5-6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial systems development and maintenance
2. 2+ years of leadership experience
3. MBA or equivalent advanced degree
4. Knowledge of Ariba, SAP BW, S/4
5. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, PM modules
6. Power BI
7. Communication Skills

Ability to work on cross functional teams
