Supply chain analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs and metrics. Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in the supply chain. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to supply chain leadership.
• Supply Chain Excellence and Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work with cross-functional teams to define, document, and standardize supply chain processes. Facilitate best practice sharing and support global alignment of processes. Benchmark internal performance and drive initiatives to reach excellence.
• Project Management: Support or lead supply chain-related projects, including system upgrades, ERP enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives. Coordinate with teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• KPI Management and Reporting: Design and maintain global and regional KPI dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and consistency of performance metrics. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data visualization and executive summaries.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between global and site-level supply chain teams. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in procurement, business analytics, or supply chain management, preferably in mechanical parts, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
• Proven knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
