KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have bachelors or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 10 years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management like SuccessFactors Employee Central

Should have been certified with minimum 10+ years’ experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/ Learning Management/ Recruiting/ Onboarding/ Compensation/ Performance & Goal Management /Succession and Planning 
Should have worked on 10+ end-to-end implementation / support projects for almost all modules of SuccessFactors. 
Should have experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, Cañada, APAC, AMEA other European Countries. 
Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents, and solutions 
Provides solutions that are compatible with the existing (technical and functional) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability. 
Ensures quality and consistency with functional template design for deployments. 
Monitors the market to gain knowledge and understanding of currently emerging technologies in own area of expertise. 
Build and maintain strong relationship with HR function, specifically with the HR Technology team, HR GPO and business owners of HR applications. 
Lead and/or participate in projects covering the applications in HR domain including integration with other applications 
Leads and/or participates in IM projects in different roles e.g. project manager, lead solution architect, HR project consultant or QA role. 
Supports HR business leads and other stakeholders regarding IT related topics 
 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

10+ years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ( All Modules) is a must. 
Minimum 10 End to End implementation Project experience is a must. 
Knowledge in Activate Project Management Methodology 
Knowledge on ITIL Process 
Should have experience in Requirement Gathering and completing EC Workbooks 
Should have experience in Configuration and customization activities. 
Should have experience in Cut-over activities. 
Should manage customer expectations. 
A person should be proactive. 
Should have driven to complete project deliverables and milestones.
