Description

  • We are seeking a SuccessFactors Architect/Integration Center Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on integration strategy across enterprise systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SuccessFactors architecture, strong technical knowledge of integration frameworks, and experience in aligning HR technology with business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead SuccessFactors architecture design and roadmap planning to optimize system performance.
  • Define and implement integration strategies using SAP Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and third-party applications.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
  • Provide technical leadership on integration best practices, system security, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance internal expertise in SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancement recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, release updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience :: 10+ Year relevant in SuccessFactors Functional & SF Integration

MUST Have Mandatory skills

  • Minimum 10 Years hands-on in SuccessFactors Functional & SF Integration
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Center
  • Should have very clear communication skills, both verbal & written

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Center, OData APIs, and middleware platforms (SAP CPI, Client Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and integration workflows.
  • Experience in data migration, security protocols, and role-based permissions in SuccessFactors.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (preferred)
