We are seeking a skilled Full-stack Developer with expertise in various technologies to join our team. As a Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing software applications, integrating commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions, and ensuring seamless functionality across the entire stack

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex initiatives throughout the project life cycle, including initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing
  • Manage projects that are long-term, line of business wide, and of medium to high risk, scope, and complexity with broad impact.
  • Act as a key participant in project plans and budgets for change management
  • Review and initiate complex multi-business and enterprise support operations, anticipating change impacts
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of project impacts and translate them into engagement strategies.
  • Make decisions in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership from beginning to end
  • Develop and implement program and project-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics
  • Demonstrate understanding of policies, methodologies, and artifact creation influencing change management to meet deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, sponsors, and business partners to clarify and define project requirements.
  • Manage a team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Ability to work creatively and independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple work assignments based on established priorities.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Strong meeting management/facilitation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with senior leaders, user community, and key support partners.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, effectively communicating with both business unit (non-technical) and development (technical) personnel.
  • Strong track record of successful project work in a diverse environment.
  • Fully proficient in standard Microsoft Office suite of products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Financial Services experience
