Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Strategic Project Manager to lead initiatives involving Generative AI (Gen AI) within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, hands-on experience with Gen AI tools and platforms, and a proven ability to translate business objectives into AI-driven strategies. This role will be critical in aligning AI innovation with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management of Gen AI initiatives, from ideation to deployment and performance evaluation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution.

Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the adoption and scaling of Gen AI solutions across business units.

Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Stay abreast of emerging Gen AI technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and competitive strategy.

Define KPIs and success metrics, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.

Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Support change management and communication plans to drive organizational readiness and adoption of Gen AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing AI or Gen AI-related projects.

Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Stability AI), and their business applications.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
